I am so thankful for starting to workout with DanceCorps! I have always loved dancing and that's what drew me to this program. However, I have lower back issues and a temporary condition called Diastasis Recti (where the abdominal muscles split and have to come back together after pregnancy). I shared these concerns with Danielle and she has tailored her workouts so that I can not only work out safely, but very effectively! I am already seeing definition in my shoulders and my arms appear slimmer. Honestly, I love how my butt is looking!! I really cannot say enough about how much I'm enjoying the dancing, music, and being pushed to meet my goals by a truly wonderful coach! Thanks so much Danielle!!
