I love these workouts!

I love these workouts! Danielle is so encouraging, and the workouts are challenging without being so hard that they are discouraging. I love how Danielle combines strength and cardio to keep my heart rate up while doing strength training and thus helping to melt the fat! I also really appreciate that the language was clean and the attire was appropriate, so I didn't have to worry if my kids were around during the video! Thank you, Danielle!!!!

Danielle has been working with me on Health Assessment/Health Coaching. After only 2 sessions, I have made great strides! Her approach is not to pick apart every aspect of my eating and exercise, but to treat me as a person who is trying to make change in the real world. Her knowledge and experience are impressive, but her ability to come alongside me and be a “tool provider” and an accountability partner are what has made the difference for me. Her encouragement is genuine, and her positive attitude is contagious. I can’t believe I get 8 FREE coaching sessions! Danielle’s insightful guidance is refreshing and challenging.

Dance Corps has totally changed my exercise! The workouts are always challenging but so much fun. I used do at least half of the exercises on a modifier because jumping/bouncing was painful. But after coaching with Danielle, I added some equipment to my workout that has taken my intensity level from 60% to 90% safely! I can’t thank you enough for helping me reach my goals even faster. -Natalie

Walls of Jericho was such a challenge! Two minutes is long, but it helped to do slight variations towards to end like fast feed side to side, then front to back, etc. The music was perfect.

I am so thankful for starting to workout with DanceCorps!  I have always loved dancing and that's what drew me to this program. However, I have lower back issues and a temporary condition called Diastasis Recti (where the abdominal muscles split and have to come back together after pregnancy). I shared these concerns with Danielle and she has tailored her workouts so that I can not only work out safely, but very effectively!  I am already seeing definition in my shoulders and my arms appear slimmer. Honestly, I love how my butt is looking!!  I really cannot say enough about how much I'm enjoying the dancing, music, and being pushed to meet my goals by a truly wonderful coach!  Thanks so much Danielle!!

Danielle has been a fantastic personal trainer/accountability partner. She has gone above and beyond to schedule workouts, not let me forget, and stick with the schedule. She has even been willing to try different workouts in the community with me such as Barre or High Fitness. She truly just wants to see me active, moving, and taking care of myself. Her workouts are great and she has tailored them to my likes. She has even provided on demand workouts for me for when we can’t meet “in person” on Zoom. If it were warmer outside we would likely be meeting in person but the Zoom has worked great. The sound and picture quality has been great and she keeps us on target and getting the work in. She regularly checks in with me to see if I’ve been able to be active and how she can help. She has been great to work with!
